His experience also includes piping engineering, design and layout of various types of process including F.C.C.U. (U.O.P. process), coker drum, refinery crude units, paraxylene, alkylation, diesel hydrotreater, diesel stabilizer, isomerization, high and low density polyethylene, sour water stripper units, natural gas processing units and NGL Gas Plants; engineering, piping and design of various types of power units including simple cycle, combined cycle, and co-generation. Experience includes pipe stress analysis, lead piping engineer, preparation of FEED packages, estimating manhours, preparation of schedules and materials and project engineering. Units include HDPE units, MTBE (Catafin Unit), butadiene revamp, methanol unit, maleic anhydride plant and paraxylene unit revamp. acrylinitrile unit debottlenecking, refinery debottlenecking, Phillips Sorb Unit, CCR (UOP) unit, HTU (UOP) unit and hydrocracker (Unocal) unit and FCCU (EXXON) unit addition, two Flexicokers and sulfur units. Field experience includes assistance for construction and for start-up, field studies of vibration analysis of compressor piping and for evaluation to troubleshoot pipe stress problems.
